Absolute worst service ever!! Purchased Premium Plus Wheel insurance from @Allstate Brought BENT WHEEL to Dealer (OEM) and told wheel is bent; needs to be replaced. @Allstate doing everything to get out of replacing wheel. #allstatesucks #donotinsurewithAllState

Don't buy car insurance through @Allstate They will leave you stranded on the side of the road needing a tow, because you are too poor to afford a new phone that can run the updated version of the app Then 1 hour of talking to overseas call centers later, you're still stranded

@allstate is nothing be a fraudulent company. An agent messes up and changes by current policy when I only wanted changes applied to the renewal policy. Allstate will not refund the money due to their agent's mistake.

Does anyone have @Allstate renters ins? They have filed a claim but I'm having a hard time w/them. If a covered loss makes your home uninhabitable, Renters insurance will help pay for increased living costs. Such expenses typically include food, a temporary place to live & more.

I want everyone to know exactly how terrible @Allstate Insurance is! This after years of being a faithful customer! They want to fix our totaled vehicle with used parts from a junk yard to keep from paying us for our vehicle! Not even sure this is fucking legal to be honest! Really not happy with them, and after years, we will be finding a new insurance provider now! 😡
