I’m reviewing the full #Cardano PRIME proposal requesting ₳120M from the Cardano Treasury: gateway.pinata.cloud/ipfs/bafkreia7… I see real value in this proposal and I’m seriously considering supporting it. Before voting, however, I would like to understand one point better. The proposal describes “durable liquidity” as TVL that persists after incentives taper and reports a 6-month rolling persistence metric. However, qualifying TVL for the performance fee only needs to be maintained for 30 days at the measurement date. My question for @alphagrowth1: why are 30 days considered sufficient for performance compensation, and does the 6-month persistence metric affect that payment?

6. Performance fee cap AlphaGrowth's performance fee is capped at $4.64M. Any growth-attributable upside above the cap accrues to the ecosystem - not to AG. Reserve balances above earned fees return to the Treasury.
