The purpose of life is to be happy. This is what all human beings have in common—the wish to lead a happy life. Many think that happiness is to be found outside us in material things, but actually it’s something that comes from within, from warm-heartedness and concern for others

We all relate to grief in our own way. It’s what made yesterday reverberate so hard within us. We know the pain of loss and we know the never ending battle with grief. We need to take those feelings and use them to send empathy to all the families who need it right now. Love them

Try being a smidge kinder today. Put effort into smiling at people, hold doors open for others, make room for them on the walkways, if everyone is just a smidge nicer then today will be enormously better for us all. Let’s start there Have a fabulous day!!
