@AmazfitIN I’m beyond frustrated. For the past 11 months, my Amazfit Balance has been plagued by random Bluetooth disconnections. The Zepp app constantly flashes “Balance Disconnected,” even though it’s running in the background exactly as instructed. This isn’t an isolated glitch. I’ve reported it multiple times through different channels, but there’s been no fix, no acknowledgment, and no meaningful update. For a device that cost me ₹17,000, this level of instability is unacceptable. To put things in perspective: I’ve been using a Realme Watch 5 for just 4–5 days. It cost barely ₹4,000, yet it hasn’t disconnected even once. That makes it crystal clear the issue is not my phone (Vivo X200 Pro), but the Balance watch and the Zepp app. A premium wearable should deliver reliability, not constant frustration. I rely on this device daily, and repeated disconnections undermine its core functionality. If this is a known issue, why hasn’t it been fixed in nearly a year? If it’s new, why is there no urgency in resolving it? Your customers deserve transparency and accountability. We don’t want generic troubleshooting steps that go nowhere. We want a real solution and a clear explanation of what’s being done to fix this. Eleven months of instability, on a ₹17k device, while a ₹4k competitor runs flawlessly, is simply unacceptable. It’s time Amazfit steps up. Premium users expect reliability, respect, and honesty not silence. @cp_khandelwal Hope you atleast notice and respond now.

I expect a prompt and transparent response not just generic troubleshooting steps, but a real solution. You owe your users better.

@AmazfitIN I spent ₹8,500 on this watch, and it has been a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend buying any Amazfit product because of their worst service and lack of support after purchase. @AmazfitIN

@AmazfitIN I bought an Amazfit GTR 2e, but now I’m facing a screen issue. When I checked for a service center, I found that they only have one service center in Delhi. We have to courier the watch there, which costs around ₹200, and they return the watch without repairing it.

Dear @AmazfitIN again your Active 2 is acting up. I am being forced by the watch to overshoot my lap run of 0.73 kms. The satcon connection never hits 4 bars/or 5 which ever is your max signal strength indicator its always Max less 1. Are baba fix it.
