@AmazfitIN I’m beyond frustrated. For the past hour, my Amazfit Balance has been randomly disconnecting via Bluetooth, and the Zepp app keeps flashing the “Balance Disconnected” warning even though the app is running in the background as instructed. This isn’t the first time I’ve faced this issue. I’ve reported it multiple times before, through various channels, and yet here we are again with no fix, no acknowledgment, and no meaningful update. This kind of instability in a premium wearable is unacceptable. I rely on this device daily, and constant disconnections undermine its core functionality. If this is a known issue, why hasn’t it been addressed? If it’s new, why is there no urgency in resolving it? I expect a prompt and transparent response not just generic troubleshooting steps, but a real solution. You owe your users better.
