Remembering Officer Antwan DeArvis Toney On October 20, 2018, Officer Antwan Toney was killed in the line of duty while responding to a call. He was just days away from celebrating his third anniversary with the department. Officer Toney was known for his dedication to serving the community, both on and off duty.
