@AntlionAudio @KazumaGShep The reason being that it dies on me during long streams, and have to have a cable strapped to my head. Plus, this is my second modmic wireless from you guys, and my chat complains of static noise issues, for both modmic wirelesses I had. I have 3 dongles, all have the same issue

@Nitro_Wolf_902 I use it for both VR and desktop. I don't really see a need to get an XLR mic and have something cluttering up my space XD.

@noovius @FuhrerHeisen So, how did it sound!? :) Be sure to test in omni mode (switch away from the mic tip) for highest quality for recordings!

@FuhrerHeisen I went with the "Antlion ModMic Wireless." Seems to be pretty standard for those grabbing VR mics. Little pricier ($150 wireless, $100 wired). I'll see how it sounds tomorrow (fingers crossed it's good)

Got myself a new streaming mic and a nice wireless mic to mount onto my Valve Index! I think Noov's gonna shake his yitties and stream a lil VR this weekend. Just landing on what would be entertaining? 🤔 Thinking I'll play some "FNAF Help Wanted" so everyone can see how much of a coward I am 🌚

@FinleyFisch Headsets are combined sale solutions, that cheap out on the mic, because that's where headset makers feel they can make money. If you want something to attach to your head, you want something standalone like Antlion Audio's ModMic. But like other "good mics", they are expensive.
