@rr_chargin Hello! This is a known issue and the registration system team is working on a fix. If you have your confirmation email from Orchid Events, your reservation is good to go!

@anthrocon Hi! Would I be able to ask someone a question about why my reservation does not show on my hotel reservation section on my Anthrocon account? We have confirmation but the website says it cannot be found

🏨 A note from our housing provider: Orchid Events can only help extend reservation for shoulder nights (not main nights). If your reservation does not already include the peak nights (July 2-4), they may not be able to help extend your reservation. (1/2)

⚠️ Please be vigilant about room offers or people "selling" rooms on social media or on other platforms. There is absolutely no guarantee these are real, and you are likely being scammed. You can only get a guaranteed room through Anthrocon's hotel block link. (2/2)

Many of our hotels are now sold out, including the "preferred" hotels such as the Westin, Courtyard and Drury. There is availability at other hotels serviced by our transportation. #Anthrocon Cancellations may happen; check back later if you are looking for a different room!

@HoneyBadger1300 Thanks for bringing that up - that is an interface issue on the registration. Rooms that are available for the evening of July 5 and 6 will be displayed once you search within the actual booking system.
