@autozone I came to one of your stores this morning & it’s supposed to be open at 7:30 & it’s going on 8 am. I called inside and was told they needed 10-15 more minutes & that was 10-15 minutes ago

@autozone stopped in your norwalk ct store tonight. Matt T went above and beyond. changed a headlight bulb for me in the rain. got the tools and spent 15 min doing it so i didn't get stopped by the cops on my drive back to NJ

@autozone Avoid this company!!! Bought battery for wife's car. It malfunctioned & took it to Madison, WI store. Staff refused to check battery. Car died on the highway with kids in it, had to get it towed, & replace battery. This company is a joke!!!

You know what’s bullshit? The fact that @autozone can sell you a battery with a 3 year warranty. But because the idiot at the register didn’t put it under my phone number. I now have a battery that’s less than a year old and a paper weight because you won’t honor your warranty
