The customer service rep from Avant was even explaining the reason incorrectly.

Hi @CWeston_Indo it seems Avant Money incorrectly charged interest on late payments to credit card customers in Aug and September even though they may have paid their July and Aug credit card balances in full by due dates in Aug & Sept. Happened me. T

@AvantMoneyIre Why have you made your credit cards unorthodox, putting all the details including signature and three digit number on one side so the could easily be photographed? Seems like a big security risk.

@AskPTSB Sent. Transfer was to @AvantMoneyIre last Friday. They normally credit next working day.

@AskPTSB are there still issues with sepa payments? Did one on Friday (dated 29th) which still hasn't arrived.

We’re aware of an issue impacting some SEPA payments yesterday and today, due to a technical issue with a 3rd party provider. They are working to resolve this as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience and will provide updates as they become available.

@AvantMoneyIre your refund process is silly. I have a large refund on my credit card that I called last week to check what I needed to do, I was told just to call up when it was refunded to get it transferred. Now I get told I can’t have any pending transactions on my account.

@AvantMoneyIre May be a silly question but is there somewhere on the website that I can track my loan balances and repayments, similar to the credit card? I can't find it anywhere.

@AvantMoneyIre is there an issue with your loan application system? Once I complete the form I receive no email with the next steps and no reference number. Phone staff cannot find any record of the application
