The method of acquiring N7 Weapons changes in the upcoming update. In the game there's 6 N7 missions. There's also 6 N7 weapons. Let's put two and two together:
After each mission, one weapon will be awarded to you. The most powerful (e.g. Typhoon) are saved for last. In NG+, you will get a free upgrade instead.
What's the design philosophy behind this?
In OT3, N7 Weapons were freely given to you at the start of your playthrough. This threw the intended balance and difficulty progression out the window. After all, the Typhoon unlocks God Mode Garrus.
In LE3, Bioware overcorrected this, and placed them in the Spectre store behind ludicrous prices. You'd need 3-5 playthroughs to have enough Credits for all of them. Crazy.
By making them a reward for completing N7 Missions, we get the best of both worlds:
a) You can acquire all weapons in a single playthrough
b) They're spread out evenly across that playthrough
c) On NG+, the free upgrades save you a lot of credits
d) We give the simplistic N7 Missions more value
e) It makes sense thematically

Desde que rockstar games anunció #GTA6 los hackers están muy interesados en ellos pero siguen el mismo patrón, los amenazan, no consiguen absolutamente nada, se enojan, filtran todo, desaparecen y rockstar se la pela totalmente y no dice nada del tema, no aprenden.

It's crazy how much Mass Effect has inspired the sci-fi genre. New games are chasing it's success while also living in it's nearly 20 year old shadow. I don't think there will ever be anything like it, but I hope these new games come close. Please Exodus, have good writing 🤞

GTA 6 marketing might start sooner than planned, as marketing plans are expected to be leaked on April 14th, 2026.
I won't be surprised if we actually get to see a Trailer 3 on 14th April, to divert attention from this leak. It's a Tuesday, and that's usually when Rockstar puts out new info.
Rumour has it that Strauss Zelnick & Take-Two Interactive might be discussing with Rockstar Games how they can change their marketing plans and even pre-announce them.

The character trailers for GTA V dropped on the 30th of April 2013.
The 3rd trailer for RDR2 dropped on the 2nd of May 2018.
I really think we’re close to the next GTA 6 trailer.
They both happened around 2 weeks before the earnings call.
I know I predicted the 5th of May but I’m really think anything from the 28th of April is going to be worth looking at.
Also RDR2 released one month later then GTA V but they still dropped the trailers at roughly the same time.
Let’s just hope today’s news doesn’t get in the way.

My PC kept randomly crashing, so I called Lenovo support, and somehow ended up with a privacy violation instead.
The guy remote-accessed my computer, added himself on Steam, tried to add me on Discord (so I closed it), then pulled my number from their company data to call/text me from his personal phone. He also has my home address, and even messaged that he could come over and fix it.
I didn’t ask for this. And I’m really tired of men getting my number without me ever giving it to them.
