كتبسيط: سواق موتوسيكل مختل عقليا قال ان الخوذة ملهاش لزمة وانها مؤامرة من شركات، وطلع ساق بسرعة عشان يثبت نظريته من غير خوذة راح واقع وكاسر دماغه وميت علي الهوا. بعض من صدقوه درجة غبائهم الشخصي ويسبقه جهلهم خلتهم طلعوا نظرية ان شركات صناعة الخوذ قتلته،وصدقوها!

@realarainmd Tough case ! I would re IVL or perhaps Orbital atherectomy for lesion preparation IVUS guided & repeat till an optimal lesion prep is obtained then DES & final IVUS to ensure an optimal MSA Good Luck

Pleased to share our new publication in Coronary Artery Disease. In patients undergoing PCI for coronary bifurcation lesions, short DAPT (≤6 months) was associated with higher risks of MACE, death, and stent thrombosis. In bifurcation PCI, anatomy matters. So does DAPT duration. Still remains a key unanswered question: how DAPT duration should interact with PCI optimization by IVUS/OCT, bifurcation complexity, and 1-stent vs 2-stent strategies?
