I know I’m not quite in a position to brag yet, but I’m really proud of what I’ve done in these first two months: 12 kilos (about 26.5 pounds) down, and my body fat reduced from 32% to 24%. I’m still overweight, but I’m clearly on the right track. By July, when I go to Japan, my body should look completely different. And keep in mind—I’m over 40.
