@billcom I already opened a support ticket through BILL, though candidly my expectations are fairly low given the quality of this release. The new autosave feature has introduced significant workflow and control issues in our AP process: - Autosaved bills are not consistently retaining approver routing - Excel attachments are frequently rejected or disappear - Draft behavior is inconsistent and unpredictable - Users are forced into unnecessary rework because the system cannot be trusted to preserve entered data Features impacting accounting workflows and approval controls should undergo substantially more rigorous QA/UAT before being pushed to production finance environments. This rollout was not ready.

As a proud shareholder of @billcom com , l believe you have an excellent product, strong partnerships with amazing companies, and very competitive pricing. That said, customer service is a clear weak point right now — there are far too many complaints online. Improving this is very achievable and would unlock significant value. A great introduction to @billcom. A client asks to use that for payment, so I create an account. Straightforward enough. They post the invoice on their end, and within an hour, my account is closed without any warning. No details on what to provide in the vague appeal form.
