That implies a role in U21s/youth teams before being involved in first team where A license is required.
Ange didn’t have UEFA Pro license apparently so there are exceptions

His passion for the game, his desire to constantly learn and improve is infectious.
He has high demands on himself and his players

@shawry_ozspurs It’s not that he was never involved - obviously he was on the training field every day. But he left a lot of the detailed feedback work to his team of coaches and took more of an ‘overseeing’ role. I’m not saying this is right or wrong, it’s an observation.

Not surprised about this at all, I imagine his hands on approach will be popular, particularly in response to our previous two coaches who were more observers & did not communicate to the whole group on a day to day basis, instead picking and choosing key communication points.
