I’ve loved this show my whole life.
So I’m saying it out loud: I’d love a shot at being the Doctor.
@bbcdoctorwho — I’m here if you want me.

Let’s clear this up !!
Brummies and Black Country folk do not speak the same, and they are not from the same place.
Birmingham is not part of the Black Country, and the Black Country is not Birmingham.
Yes, we all sit in the West Midlands, but that’s a region, not a single town with one accent. Being in the same region doesn’t magically make the dialects identical — just like Liverpool and Manchester aren’t the same because they’re both in the North West.
Birmingham has its own history, its own identity, and its own Brummie accent.
The Black Country (Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall, Wolverhampton, etc.) has a completely different industrial history and a distinct dialect that predates modern Birmingham in places.
Calling a Black Country accent “Brummie” is simply incorrect.
It’s not an opinion, it’s geography and linguistics.
Different places.
Different histories.
Different accents.
Same region — not the same voice.

Don’t lead someone to fall in love with you
If you’re not prepared to love them back.
Don’t make someone fall in love with you
If you're still healing from the one before
Don’t make someone fall in love with you
If you’re not ready to show up consistently
Don’t make someone fall in love with you
If you’re only in love with the idea of being loved
Don’t make someone fall in love with you
Because when you leave,
They won’t question you,
they’ll question love.
