@BPmattmorgan That’s awesome. A week and a half ago I just celebrated 18 months clean on my dad’s 69th birthday after 12 years of opiate addiction. It’s kind of weird because I always thought I’d either continue till I was dead or take my own life. That was the plan. Now plans have changed

My dog passed with my lips locked straight on their snouts, both times with my first dog I lost Ellie Mae Morgan who was a tripod, and then Casper Morgan. They were rescues, but by far away the two best friends besides my wife I’ve ever had on this planet! Very blessed to now have another labrador retriever Wrigley Morgan. Who picks my spirits up 24/7 when I need it.

Would you stay in the room and hold your dog at the vet during their final breath? 🐕

Brother, Lawrence Moten was a monster for Syracuse back in the day in the big east! Grow up as a UCONN fan I used to respect him, but I hated him because he used to destroy our defense lol! For younger fans that don’t know, they used to call him. “poetry in Moten” because of what an offensive juggernaut he was!

I moved to Syracuse, New York from Buffalo when I was 13 years old, and from that moment on I became a big fan of Syracuse Orange basketball. Years later, when I had the opportunity to speak at Clary Middle School in Syracuse, I was honored to meet Lawrence Moten. Lawrence finished his career as Syracuse’s all-time leading scorer with 2,334 points, a record that still stands today. He was not only a great player, but also a humble and kind person. When this photo of us popped up in my Facebook memories, it brought back a lot of great memories. It was heartbreaking to hear of his passing in September 2025 at the young age of 53. Moments like this remind us just how precious life really is. Rest in peace, Lawrence.

It’s not possible, Matt. Don’t fall for the conspiracy theories. 1. Check the comments and comment likes. Were those purchased too? 2. An anonymous account, non-verified, with no followers that’s all of the sudden deactivated? 3. 1990’s quality photo that anyone with half a brain cell can create on Canva? 4. It’s been over 24 hours and any bot flag/spam detection by YouTube would have already removed fake engagements. They have many times before with much smaller accounts. 5. Further, you can’t purchase that many likes for the price stated. 6. Even Drew McIntyre’s post with a thumbs down has 60k likes and climbing.

The fact this is possible is outrageous.

Had a great talk w/ Longwood Elementary School’s “Young Men of Promise” early this morning before school started! Each year I come in and speak to this group of different young men about the importance of a firm handshake and making eye contact whenever shaking someone else’s hand. But also holding that same strong eye contact for when you’re speaking to other people in the room, and equally as important, LISTENING to others!
