UNOC today held a meeting with a delegation from the National Forum of People Living with HIV/AIDS Networks in Uganda (NAFOPHANU), led by Dr Flavia Kyomukama and Dr @KigoziMaggie, to explore collaboration on community health interventions for people living with HIV.
In relation @Comrade_Otoa, the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, noted that community wellbeing is central to UNOC’s work and that the company remains committed to supporting the people it serves.

Yesterday I had the honor of officiating the 21st Jinja Fun Rugby on behalf of the @UNOC_UG management at Kakindu Stadium in Jinja. Kudos to the teams that played with some traveling in from as far as Kenya. Great work Dr. Gilbert Bayenda and team. See you next year.

An Update on the current fuel prices and fuel supply in the country. OMCs (Oil Marketing Companies) have NO basis or reason to increase prices for any reason whatsoever as supply is still the same. We are closely watching and Monitoring companies that want to take advantage of this situation and exploit Ugandans!

QHSE is how clients judge risk. If you can’t demonstrate strong Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental systems, you signal potential delays, accidents, legal exposure, and reputational damage. That alone can disqualify you.

UNOC has concluded its Supplier Development Workshop focused on QHSE compliance and preparing suppliers for opportunities in Uganda’s oil and gas sector.
The room was filled beyond capacity, with many success stories shared. From the questions raised and the depth of discussion, it is clear that Ugandans are putting in the work and are determined to meet the required standards.
In closing, the COO, @SamanthaBarung1 thanked attendees and encouraged them to apply the insights shared, while appreciating the UNOC team for their commitment to the industry.
