A big thank you to Sarah from Training at Work Group for delivering an excellent First Aid at Work course to the Banham Academy team last week. The course has refreshed our practical skills and equipped us with the knowledge and confidence to deal with first aid emergencies.

@Banhamacademy is heading to Chelmsford, Essex! A new training centre is on its way, offering #Apprenticeships, #ExperiencedWorkerAssessments, and Technician Skills courses. Work begins this May to create yet another state-of-the-art academy. Stay tuned!

From 01/01/25, the National Minimum Wage will rise to the following: 📈 National Living Wage (21+): £12.21 📈 Ages 18-20: £10.00 📈 Ages 16-17: £7.55 📈 Apprentice : £7.55 Apprentices are entitled to the apprentice rate if under 19 or 19+ in first year of apprenticeship.
