@Delta on flight DL2489. We purchased Exit Row seats 29D & 29E with an open spaced next to the emergency exit door. When I checked in yesterday we had the same seats assigned. Now we're a row back with a middle seat. Never notified so we could upgrade. Very disappointing, Delta!

@Delta I (Shook) need a better seat on DL 2887- I was told AZO can't get access to the seats because DTW has them. Why the continued disruption due to your mechanical problems? This disruption after waiting on hold last Sun for 1 hour 34 mins for a simple question.

@Delta It would have been helpful to know the gate agent will only help me 1 hour before my departure.
