Living with a chronic illness is hard enough, but trying to survive when you live in an abusive environment is a nightmare.
Is there anyone in Melbourne who can help Anna find safety?

I just wonder… What else can I do? I can’t stay here. Nobody gives a fuck IRL. What now? Get sicker and sicker until I die? Bits of me are falling off, apart, or malfunctioning & anyone I ask for help cannot be fucked.

Here at Berry Street, we’re seeing more women and children fleeing family violence ending up homeless than ever before.
We need to build enough public housing to ensure that all Victorians have a safe home.

Early intervention – it’s a must
This session aims to emphasise the critical role of identifying and addressing the factors that contribute to homelessness at an early stage.
