This bill allows K-12 head coaches to use $15,000 in personal funds annually to support student-athlete welfare, such as food, transportation, and recovery services.

The St. James Academy football team will host an open house and football tryouts on March 29th from 5-7pm for the middle school football team, 6-8th grade students, and potentially any 8th graders looking to reclass while continuing to work out, develop, lift, and practice with varsity competition on a daily basis. Additionally, tryouts will be held on the same day for all potential high school underclassmen, including rising freshmen, sophomores, and juniors, as well as rising seniors. From March 29th from 7-9pm, we will have two national teams, Blue and Grey, this season. Everything at The St. James is designed for our 218 student-athletes.
