@birchbox confirmed my box on October 3rd & nothing has happened since. No delay charging my credit card though. Still no word back from customer service either. Going on a week since I reached out to them. My first time back after a long break. I never should have signed back up
@birchbox It feels deceitful not to warn customers about shipping delays before they place orders and opt to pay more with expedited shipping. The lack of transparency + to the non-existent customer services options seems calculated. How can we cancel an order??

@birchbox I got this subscription in august and I never got my august box bc my label had only a city and zip, smart. Customer service said everything looked correct. My Sept box has been locked in since Sept 2nd, still has not shipped. Once again another disappointing month.
