@birchbox It feels deceitful not to warn customers about shipping delays before they place orders and opt to pay more with expedited shipping. The lack of transparency + to the non-existent customer services options seems calculated. How can we cancel an order??

@birchbox so I had a notification to say that I would receive my September Birch Box on 10th October, not arrived,I have tracked it and the carrier has not even received it, bye bye Birch Box I am cancelling my subscription , absolutely shocking service.

Hey @birchbox what in the world is happening. Everyone now has to re-register? But if you don't have the special code from a random email (that I never got) - you can't re-register. Which means you can't cancel or modify. And it takes TEN DAYS to get back to people?? WHAT??

@birchbox I got this subscription in august and I never got my august box bc my label had only a city and zip, smart. Customer service said everything looked correct. My Sept box has been locked in since Sept 2nd, still has not shipped. Once again another disappointing month.
