Understanding Supply / Demand in the market will do you more good than any indicator you can find. Seeing plenty of "why are we knifing" "why did we dip / bounce". All of these moves this morning were products of Supply / Demand imbalances.

Pick a handful of tickers you like and stick to trading those. Stop trying to play any and everything that comes your way. This week had $AAPL and $SPY up everyday and money was made.
