We’ve successfully completed our first school presentation of the year at T.M. Ndanda Primary School! 🎉 The purpose of this presentation was to recruit new learners to join the @MyFirstBitcoin_ Diploma program. Our current @MyFirstBitcoin_ Diploma students will be graduating at the end of March 2026, and we’re excited to welcome a new group of learners on this journey. Supported by @BitcoinMoonFund 🚀

Something to know about "dust attacks" If you randomly receive a very small amount of bitcoin to your wallet, eg 500 sats, be careful with it. It's easy to think, "great, free money", and eventually merge it with other coins you have. Doesn't seem like a big deal because addresses are pseudonymous - so what if someone sees 500 sats get merged with some other address? Well, it's possible that the address that received the donation was exposed somehow - eg, I do have BTCPay server, and other people can generate addresses to pay for stuff. If one of these user-generated addresses received dust, then in the future, when I merge it with a larger coin, then the attacker can see what i have. If it merges up with 1 million sats, no big deal, but if you're lucky enough to have much bigger UTXOs, then that gets exposed to the person.Label How to deal with it? Options... 1) label it and don't touch it 2) Send it to an exchange - it gets associated with the exchange's wallet, not yours, problem solved. 3) Donate it Of course, to manage this, you need to understand UTXO managemet. @nomadbit15 Wallet recommendations should be specific to the business; small business are more likely to use @walletofsatoshi or @BitarooExchange for the POS. Larger retail/ecomm could be better suited to @BtcpayServer. In either case, @orangelabel_io is a good first port of call.
