We are fighting back against a cynical industry lawsuit to strip protections away from the Dixie Valley toad. Read more:

Vindication today as the feds announce a new round of analysis for the Greenlink North transmission boondoggle. Turns out of if you're going to violate your own laws by sending the sage-grouse to extinction, you at least need to show your work.

Rancher at Death Valley Junction and Ash Meadows, Kathryn "Shotgun Kittie" Tubb (née Marbaker) was born on Nov 15, 1886 in Bradford County, PA. She passed away in 1957. Her former ranch in Nye County is now part of the Ash Meadows Wildlife Refuge. bit.ly/2hDbcWn

This cement plant & limestone mine would be directly in the communities of Moapa Valley. Mining shouldn't just be able to roll into your town & ruin your homes & your way of life. Glad the Clark County Planning Commission saw how bad this project is.

@WLDdefense It's awful. If we win at the 9th in Spring-Hamlin it will set a very important precedent for how they permit these projects, hopefully slowing down the train.

@bitterwaterblue Range after range in NV is butchered by PJ deforestation projects. Just looked at Spruce again, South Steptoe, pass over Schell Cks down to Spring Valley, south edge of Fortification Range/SV & project by Hamlin turn near Atlanta. Then over to Utah PineValley. Then Snake Range.

Disaster. We have a case at the 9th Circuit trying to stop this ecocide for a massive project expanding this practice in the same area. Spring Valley is too special to clear cut.

Out amid forlorn desolate hot Ely BLM Pinyon-Juniper chaining-scapes in South Steptoe Valley. A lot of this was done circa 2018. So WHY are there still brown-needled "limbs"? Well - these were young PJ trees that survived the chaining. BLM has now killed them off too! Sickos. 1/2
