kenshiro would hit him with some pressure point strike, nothing happens, yujiro laughs, he can move his pressure points at will. Kenshiro is at a loss for a few pages before resorting to just kicking him 200 times which works

i think it’s funny when people respond to the information that their consciousness is undying by saying “that sucks, i’ll get bored.” you will not.
your brain cannot perceive infinity or its endless colors, which is why eternity registers as more of the same forever. you are imagining your current consciousness stretched on a timeline, and that is not what you are. you have access to infinite expressions of being.
you can incarnate as anything that exists anywhere in the universe. a tree, a star, a being on a different planet or dimension. you can rewatch every moment of your current lifetime (and all the other lives you’ve ever lived) like a highly immersive movie. you can experience all of time in its infinity and skim through it, or choose not to incarnate at all and dissolve back into source, existing as pure blissful consciousness. the possibilities are literally endless.
boredom requires limitation, and you are anything but limited. you are forever itself.

This is an incredible list of traits for quality animators. Most of it has nothing to do with drawing. Focusing on communication skills, organizational ability, and understanding different perspectives can make or break your career regardless of how much drawing skill you have.

Recently, a student friend who just entered the animation industry asked me what kinds of things they should keep in mind while working in the industry.

My favorite detail about this scene is that you can tell this isn't a novice pilot, he does everything he's supposed to do, its just that he's incredibly outmatched by the Gundam's sheer power and technological superiority

1. everything is made of basic shapes; learn to bend, contort, combine, and subtract them
2. study perspective
3. learn line weights
4. practice and experiment: "shitposting" unironically boosts your skills
5. dont be hard on yourself; progress is progress, no matter how small
