Hello Craig, At this time, retired prison officers are not eligible for a Blue Light Card. While we deeply appreciate the vital role they have played in the justice system, our current eligibility criteria and ID protocols present challenges we're working to address. Well, I'm still receiving emails from @bluelightcard they haven't responded to my email. How do I renew when I'm a retired prison officer feel like a second class person 36 years of service, means nothing please respond.

@bluelightcard received a voucher via bluelightreward from work colleagues… cant open gift card as server error been 2 days now? What’s the next steps

We have different types of offers available. If you search on our website they will show the type of offer they are Gift Card Offer - this means you'll have to purchase a Voucher to receive the discount, on the offer they will state whether they can accept the voucher in-store or online. Online Offer - this is an offer that can only be used on the companies online store, therefore it cannot be used in-store. High Street Offer - this means that this company accepts the Blue Light Card in their stores To use your Blue Light Card in store, the company must show that they have a current High Street Offer with us.

Has anyone found a use for the @bluelightcard ..? Apart from take aways, junk food or cinema. I'm looking for sensible High Street Offers please?

@bluelightcard Having major issues logging into the Blue Light Card app. Just got my card, but when I try to get a discount code it says: “This offer is for active card holders only. Please check the status of your account.” How do I check anything when the app won’t open/let me add details?

@bjgw @bluelightcard Yes it's impossible. I have been trying for 1 week and after I have sent several support messages all I get back is to try the troubleshooting. Really annoyed now. There customer service is non existant

Hello, yes you would be eligible under NHS - Retired NHS. For those applying under Retired NHS we'd need to see one of the below: ✅ A pension document stating you are retired from the NHS ✅ P60 showing National Health Pension Scheme and your name ✅ A headed letter from the SPPA confirming you receive an NHS pension (alongside an SPPA pension or P60 document) ✅ An old NHS payslip alongside a pension document showing your name If you have any other documents that reflect this information, please upload them upon your application.
