Feed your construction documents to claude (or Manus) and ask it to find every code violation, coordination error, constructibility red flag before submitting to the city
Claude caught that the garage ramp at 20% grade would scrape vehicles. calculated 160+ truck trips for the basement excavation with no haul route plan. found three different area calculations across three sheets for the same floor.
Manus browsed West Hollywood's municipal code on its own and flagged the building height at 43-44ft in a 35ft zone.
submit plans with these errors and you're looking at 6-8 weeks of back and forth with the city and lots of $$$
