The University of Chicago men's basketball team brought home several NABC Academic Awards following the 2025-26 season, including placing eight student-athletes on the NABC Honors Court after achieving a cumulative GPA of 3.20 or higher. #MaroonPride

Matchups have been finalized for the inaugural NABC Division III Tournament series in Las Vegas. The Maroons will face Keene State on December 21 and will play either Randolph-Macon or Wabash in the third-place or championship game on December 22nd. #MaroonPride

A Division III coach cannot offer a dollar of athletic scholarship. What many can offer is harder to see and often worth more. At academic D3 schools the coach can flag your son to admissions as a recruit they want, a real thumb on the scale at a school that turns most applicants away. The aid then comes from need and merit, not sport. No athletic money does not mean no help. Sometimes it is the best help on the table.

MIDWAY CLASSIC! This year, we are excited to host Bowdoin, Oberlin, and Rose-Hulman in our season tip-off tournament. Outside of the games, we are excited to visit numerous schools around the city and welcome members of the community to the Ratner Center. #MaroonPride

Congratulations to our guy Thomas Kurowski ('25) on starting his pro career in the NBL1 for the Norwood Flames. Thomas has had a great start to the season averaging 20.8 PTS, 7.3 REB, 3.8 AST, and 3.5 STL a game. #MaroonPride
