Penn Engineering and @AshokaUniv have signed a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to expand collaboration in research, innovation and graduate study. The agreement also introduces a 4+1 pathway that enables eligible Ashoka undergraduates to pursue an accelerated master’s degree at Penn Engineering. “We are excited to welcome Ashoka students to Penn, and to continue building partnerships that support global scientific discovery," says Boon Thau Loo, RCA Chair Professor in Computer and Information Science and Senior Associate Dean for Graduate Education and Global Initiatives. The two institutions have collaborated for more than a decade, from the Global Gateway Program to student exchanges and joint scholarly work.
