Why are you posting about this on X instead of taking the evidence to prosecutors? Why haven’t you filed formal referrals with the Department of Justice and the Inspectors General? Why haven’t you shared the basic proof that referrals were made, like dates, recipients, and case numbers? Why aren’t you naming the exact programs you say were defrauded? Why aren’t you stating the specific laws you believe were broken? Why aren’t you identifying the responsible agencies, contractors, or individuals with enough detail for enforcement? Why isn’t there a public record of charges, lawsuits, debarments, or repayments that matches what you’re claiming? Why hasn’t DOGE published a clear process showing how your “proof” becomes investigations, charges, and recovered funds? Why haven’t you released a clear summary of the evidence that prosecutors can actually use in court? Why haven’t you published your methodology so people can see this is fraud and not accounting errors or weak controls? Why haven’t you clarified whether cases are sealed and therefore not visible yet? Why haven’t you explained what is blocking action, such as lack of jurisdiction, lack of authority, or prosecutorial refusal? Why should anyone treat the claims as proven until there are formal referrals, public filings, or measurable enforcement outcomes?

Yes. We found hundreds of fraud schemes. This is one of many. There was massive fraud in every government program, especially Federal funds sent as block grants to the states.
