Bridges that let people escape.
Roads that let ambulances reach the wounded.
Food, medicine, water: all blocked.

Why do people give any credence to what Trump says when his brain is dismantling before our eyes - not metaphorically, but literally - and no matter what he says now he'll soon contradict which is what people do with his type of dementia.
America has somehow ended up with successive presidents on both 'sides' who are neurologically-disintegrating. Coincidence? Not a chance.

Basically Trump is saying: “The American government can't take care of American adults and children who are ill because I rather use the money on the military and war.” Very different from his “America First” pre-election pledge. America was duped.
