@BpoolCouncil second week with no food caddy collection. Presented as described and at correct time. The caddy is now full so nowhere to put this weeks food waste. Not happy!

@janeson_anne Hi Jane, sorry to hear @EnvecoNw missed your food caddy this week. Unfortunately we don't return to collect missed caddies but it should be emptied next week.

To @BpoolCouncil foa Enveco after trying to contact Blackpool Waste services and report a missed food caddy bin collection I shall, unfortunately, have to put it in the non recyclable bin 😢 Please DM me for details if there is a chance for pick up today thank you 🙂

@BpoolCouncil Good morning. I've tried ringing quite a few times and nobody is ever available to take my call so it automatically hangs up. I have a bulky waste collection booked in but due to unforseen circumstances, I am trying to change the date of it. How do I do this please?

@SeasidersTango Hi @SeasidersTango thank you for raising this. After investigating, the works mentioned were not being carried out by Blackpool Council. Where works are led by Blackpool Council, we make every effort to give advance notice wherever possible.

@CallumFWilson Hi Callum, no - unlike your bins the food caddy will be collected at kerbside at the front of your property.

@BpoolCouncil regarding the new food collection. Leaflet says kerbside collection but our bins go out the back into an alley, do we follow the same procedure for our food bins?

@BpoolCouncil I was on hold for 40 minutes, got to position 1 in the queue, then the call was disconnected! I’ve called back, you claim you’re open till 5 yet ‘very busy’ and disconnected the call again. I have a very simple issue. You lot are infuriating!
