We are off to a great start! This season is already going amazing, everyone is being so productive and seems to be exited to be here! We will be posting updates frequently so stay tuned! Let’s get this season started!!

The @CannonMiddle robotics team is SO excited to chat with NASA legend Bo Bobko! So cool to hang with a former space shuttle commander!

Yaks have invaded @discoveryplace to share our #FLL #IntoOrbit project and launch rockets with kids! @CannonMiddle

Research being done on patenting our shower attachment, the Yakamabob!

Congratulations us! The Brainy Yaks achieved the champions award at the Cannon School regional tournament! It’s off to states for us now! Time to better the Yakamabob, fine tune our robot, and overall improve!

Our Shower Head Attachment is up and running! It is designed to separate the cold water from hot water, so the cold water can be used later. The blue water is cold and the red is hot.

Our original Robot, named Jack Yak, had a motor break down, so we switched to our backup Bot, Just Jill!

We have almost finished our hot water separated for showers!

Today at practice the Brainyaks put tape in certain spots on the table to mark where the robot shrould go. This made our robot consistent!

Since the theme for FLL this year is Hydro Dynamics, we’re changing our mascot to a Robotic Yak with Pipes we’re his horns would be!
