Update: Pedestrian struck on #QEW near Dorval Dr. #Oakville at 9:53 pm - Dec 5, '19 has been pronounced deceased in hospital. She is identified as Heather KAKAKAWAY, 34 years old with no fixed address. Our condolences to her family and friends.
