30 DAYS SOBER My heart is full this morning. Had someone send me money to buy my family dinner because of my small milestone. It’s amazing the gifts I receive when I surrender and deal with life on life’s term. Life doesn’t get easier, but the newfound gratitude makes it worth it

@ashyle_ I need to quit vaping! Monday mornings are so bad sometimes anxiety wise. Ultimately vaping is just making the anxiety worse.

Ive strung together some days cig free (I hit my friends vape a few times on Friday). Overall, I feel really good, I wake up less anxious than I used to. That’s the hardest part of my day is getting up & waking up with anxiety has always held me back.

Millennials are the elite generation because they cranked out 12-page essays the night before they were due. No ChatGPT. No Claude. Just lo-fi beats playing in the background, Black coffee at midnight, footnotes that were somehow correct, and pure delusion. Grade was an A minus. Period.
