My heart is broken. The last photo I took of my best friend when I got back before noticing how bad his breathing was and going to ER. He had gone back into heart failure and had to be put to sleep and I am so grateful this man changed my life and I was lucky enough to love him.

One again I’m gonna use Roisin Terfy as a springboard to remind everyone that Alison Goldfrapp exists and has always been an ardent supporter of trans rights. She wrote the song ’Become the One’ inspired by the documentary 'My Transgender Summer Camp' and ‘Annabel’ inspired by Kathleen Winter's 2010 novel of the same name about an intersex child. She was one of many British musicians to sign an open letter in support of the trans community in response to the UK Supreme Court ruling on trans women. And apart from being an overwhelming supporter of the LGBTQ+ community she is a part of that community herself, having dated filmmaker Lisa Gunning for several years. Just saying’…
