Several lies and of course response from us will come, but the questions remain: 1. why did you convert the oceanDao treasury to fet and dumped before leaving. 2. If the Alliance had these (unfounded) issues why did you not voice them but instead took the fet from the community rewards wallet and dumped before leaving. 3.Are you accepting that you and Ocean foundation controls the DAO and now the Caymen entity!

The ASI Alliance from Ocean’s Perspective By @brucepon People are rightly angry and frustrated. No one is a winner in this current state of unease, lack of information and transparency, and mudslinging. Ocean doesn’t see the benefit of throwing around unfounded and false allegations or the attempts to sully the reputations of the projects and people – it just damages both the ASI and Ocean communities unnecessarily. Ocean has chosen to remain silent until now, out of respect for the ongoing legal processes. But given so many flagrant violations of decency, Ocean would like to take an opportunity to rebut many publicly voiced false allegations, libels, and baseless claims being irresponsibly directed towards the Ocean Protocol project. The false and misleading statements serve only to further inflame our community, while inciting anger and causing even more harm to the ASI and Ocean communities than is necessary. Rather than throw unsubstantiated jabs, I would like to provide a full context with supporting evidence and links, to address many of the questions around the ASI Alliance, Ocean’s participation, and the many incorrect allegations thrown out to muddy the waters and sow confusion among our community. This blogpost will be followed up with a claim-by-claim rebuttal of all the allegations that have been directed towards Ocean since October 9, 2025 but for now, this blog gives the context and Ocean’s perspective. I encourage you to read it all, as it reflects months of conversations that reveal the context and progression of events, so that you can best understand why Ocean took steps to chart a separate course from the ASI Alliance. We hope the ASI Alliance can continue its work and we wish them well. Meanwhile, Ocean will go its own way, as we have every right to do. Rather than spreading unfounded and baseless rumours that we have already proven to be false with our evidence in the legal proceedings, let’s publicize the official findings and decision by the adjudicator for the community to see for themselves.
If Fetch and Singularity agree, Ocean is prepared to waive confidentiality on the adjudicator’s recent findings and let the community inspect and decide.
Speak with your counsel and let me know if you want true transparency for the entire 250,000 holders of $FET and 37,000 holders of $OCEAN.

Ocean's unilateral decision to exit the Alliance without any prior warning or discussion has raised many questions that need to be answered.
While a legal process is in place, in my personal capacity, I have the following immediate questions and I also urge the ASI and Ocean communities to ask the same:
1. If Ocean were planning to leave the Alliance, why did you convert all Ocean community reward tokens in bulk a few months ago?
2. Considering Ocean confirmed more than a year ago that these tokens were community reward tokens controlled by OceanDAO, disclose who controls and who are the signatories of the SAFE wallet name OceanDAO?x.com/whalertalk/sta…

4. As Ocean has left the Alliance, do they not agree that the right thing for them to do is to return the community rewards tokens ($fet) so the community can decide what to do with them, ie burn them, redistribute them or lock them up etc?
