@Casetify have ignored my complaint for over a month now, love their products but not worth it if you have any issues. They will simply ignore you unless you’re spending money.

CASETiFYのショルダーストラップ高かったのにぶっ壊れてiPhone落下。 しかも落ちたことに気づかず。 ショルダーストラップ危険だなと思いつつ、Francfrancで買っていたショルダーストラップがあるので付け替えている。

So, @casetify was my favorite phone case company. If you want it, they have it, design-wise. But the quality of the last one I got has been awful. They have already replaced it *twice,* so this picture shows the THIRD of the same case that has quickly fallen apart.

CASETiFYでスマホケースとグリップスタンドを購入。しかし2点品切れで、店舗で公式オンラインショップから注文。 国際便でスマホケースはこないだ届いたけど、グリップスタンドはいまだに届かない・・・ 店員さんは2月中には発送されると言われたが・・・
