I was travelling with @cathaypacific. Bought in flight wifi, it worked for 20 mins and then I couldn't use it for rest of the flight(10 hours+). I wanted to request refund but I couldn't find any email id on their customer support page. Wasn't expected this experience from Cathay

@cathaypacific Hello, I am planning to travel from Los Angeles (LAX) to Chennai (MAA) via Hong Kong on Cathay Pacific. I am an Indian passport holder with a valid US H1/H4 visa. My current passport will have less than 6 months validity at the time of departure from the US, but I am traveling to my home country India and plan to renew the passport in India before returning to the US. Could you please confirm whether I will be allowed to board the flight from LAX and transit through Hong Kong on the same itinerary? Travel details: - Route: LAX → HKG → MAA - Same Cathay Pacific booking/ticket - Transit only in Hong Kong (no planned entry during outbound journey) Please confirm the minimum passport validity requirement applicable for this scenario.
