94 Central Bucks 5th graders visited Harrisburg on March 10! They toured the State Capitol, explored the National Civil War Museum, met local representatives, and shared “historical marker” writing. Thanks to all who made this trip possible!

Holicong teacher Beth Madden has won the grand prize Citadel Heart of Learning Award! Presented by Citadel Credit Union, this honor recognizes educators making a difference. Both Beth and Holicong received cash prizes—congrats on this well-deserved recognition!

Jamison 6th graders were rewarded for their outstanding reading accomplishments! Through book clubs, reading conferences, and discussions, these students have built a strong love of reading. Their prize? Chick-fil-A delivered by the Chick-fil-A Cow! A well-deserved reward for their hard work!

It’s National School Social Worker Week! We’re grateful for the dedicated CBSD social workers who support our students through counseling, crisis intervention, behavioral support, and by connecting families with vital resources. Thank you for making a difference every day!

Tamanend recently hosted its 26th annual basketball tournament benefiting the Kelly Anne Dolan Foundation! For 26 years, this event has helped raise funds to support families in PA, NJ & DE with expenses not covered by insurance and respite programs. Great work, Tamanend!

All schools and buildings will operate on a two-hour delay on Tuesday, Feb. 24. We are so thankful for our incredible facilities, grounds, and transportation crews who have been clearing district roadways, parking lots, sidewalks, and buses all day today. Because of their dedication, our buildings and campuses are in good shape. A delay will give us added daylight and time for re-salting and cleanup, as well as more time for our students and families to get to school. Thank you and travel safely!

Monday, Feb. 23 will be a Flexible Instructional Day. All buildings are closed to students and staff while learning continues remotely. Thank you for your support and please stay safe and warm!

CBSD celebrated the 100th day of school in style! Elementary students across the district marked the milestone by dressing up as senior citizens, creating colorful 100th day hats, and taking part in fun classroom activities centered around the number 100.

Congrats to CB East Cheer!! 📣The squad took home gold yesterday in the small varsity non tumbling game day category at the D1 National School Spirit Championships in Disney! Their performance topped 41 other teams from 19 different states, including TX, CA and FL. Awesome work players, coaches, parents, and all who had a part in this tremendous accomplishment! 🎉

CBSD’s Save the Music Concert brought students from across the district together at Holicong for three incredible shows. All in support of the Save The Music Foundation and access to quality music education. Enjoy these concert highlights!

Jamison 5th grade students and their families delivered care packages filled with socks, toiletries, and other essentials to residents at Grundy Hall through our Sock Drive. Thank you to everyone who donated and helped deliver these items!

Lots of snow, lots of hard work by our operations crews deserving a huge shout out! These incredible staff members have braved the freezing cold and long days to clear out 26 separate buildings to get the district ready to welcome back students and staff when we return. We truly appreciate everything you do and can't thank you enough!
