Sometimes I dramatically collapse from “hunger,” hoping someone finally realises I am, in fact, a delicate, underfed Victorian orphan who requires immediate snacks.

Chums! Baby Dog here with a #SaveTheButtercups update 🌼 I searched and searched until I wore myself out yesterday, and didn’t find any. Mum spoke to the Nice Man at the Garden Centre about species of Buttercup that don’t spread invasively and are therefore good for planting in Gardens. They are called Goldilocks Buttercups (good for shady areas), Bulbous Buttercups (good for dry, sunny spots), and Meadow Buttercups (good for borders). We are going to try to find some, because they are wonderful pollinators, but note that buttercups can be toxic/an irritant for pets so don’t plant any if your pets like to eat flowers! 🌼

FC has gone on holiday… The FC said “don’t touch anything”… So naturally, I made a few minor adjustments to the office. I was left unsupervised for five minutes… There are now: – 47 beds – Unlimited snacks – A strict “admire George” policy Morale has never been higher.

Friends! I have no news on MouseGate as, despite all our efforts, we have not found the Mouse. Instead, today, as it’s #ThrowbackThursday we are reminding you of how Baby Dog and I taught the Triplets how to behave at mealtimes when they first arrived. I think we did a good job! 🤎🧡🤎

Friends! An update on #MouseGate 🐭 We have been holding a Stake-Out in the Kitchen but we haven’t been able to encourage the Mouse to come out from under the oven. Mum used a Long-Pokey-Stick under there and lots of stuff came out, all of which the Triplets had batted under there. Including two of Ron’s missing collars!! (Not the most recent lost one though.) But no Mouse!!

Friends! No video this morning and little commenting because we are in the midst of an INCIDENT! Mum came down to the kitchen to find a tiny Field Mouse looking at her. You may remember this has happened before. We have lots of countryside around us and the Field Mice do like to visit. Before Mum could safely catch it, it ran under the oven. Now the Triplets are trying to ‘help’ but Mum doesn’t want them to hurt it. Goodness knows what she’ll do. I’ll report back when I have news… 🐭

Re Blockades. The Strait of Hormuz was open,which worked well for the Earth. America attacks Iran,because? Iran closes the Strait of Hormuz. Trump says "open the Strait or I'll huff and I'll puff and blow your new Ayatolla down!" Iran says " No thanks". Trump says "You can't block the Strait. I invented blocking straits. I am now blocking the Strait of Hormuz!" Iran says "Whatevs dude". ...so it goes.
