@cmsinclair @Lugerini The fact that you guys want someone to develop when we are in win now mode is insane. Faulk is fucking terrible

@Lugerini He’s 20 so there’s time to develop a pass rush bag

@cmsinclair This is what I think each team will do, Faulk is ok. He’s a good run defender. Doesn’t have much juice as an edge rusher but has good measurables and could provide some much needed interior pressure.

@Chargers4life89 They gave both 80 millions dollars at the time, which would be well over 100m in current value

This is the Spanos worst nightmare! They rather jump off a building than pay a WR $100m! And as a franchise u don't have too! Thats why there's a DRAFT! You can cycle thru TALENTED players w/o having to give out record settings contracts! Let players ball out. Then trade them 🤷🏿‍♂️

ESPN Sources: Offensive Player of the Year and Super-Bowl champion Jaxon Smith-Njigba reached agreement with the Seattle Seahawks on a four-year, $168.6 million contract extension that now makes him the highest-paid WR in NFL history.  The deal averages $42.15 million per year, and includes over $120 million guaranteed, both setting records for any wide receiver. The deal was confirmed by @WINSportsGroup.

@Lugerini I think he’d be a perfect Oweh replacement as edge 3, with a chance to develop into a 3 down program with an NFL strength program. Dudes gonna be a demon on stunts and 3rd and long immediately

@cmsinclair I really do but he’s flawed. Obviously you got his arm length, which would make his success an outlier. Also he gets bullied to much in the run game. I do love his pass rushing ability and plan but he’s not a three down player

Negative two billion percent chance the Raiders would trade Maxx Crosby to the Chargers. Harbaugh acknowledged that. I don't think it's nothing that he's open to adding someone significant there. Draft, signing, trade, etc. Three solid edge rushers has been their MO.

Batting average can lie. Just look at Luis Arraez. Yes, he can hit .300 and win batting titles. But his on-base percentage should be much higher than it is and there’s a reason why. He chases. Arraez refuses to walk. He swings at pitches out of the zone, even in key moments when his team desperately needs base runners. In this video I’m showing two back-to-back pitches where he swings at ball four. That cannot happen from a guy whose value is supposed to be getting on base. This is what I call a soft .300. The batting average looks great, but the impact is limited. He doesn’t drive the ball with authority. Low exit velocity. A lot of soft contact. And because he won’t take walks, he leaves OBP on the table. Imagine if he added discipline. If he simply took what pitchers give him, his OBP jumps and now you’re talking about a completely different level of player. Instead, you get a hitter who racks up singles in hot streaks but doesn’t maximize his value. High average. Low leverage. That’s the difference.

#Oregon OT Isaiah World, who is recovering from a torn ACL suffered during the Peach Bowl, is with the #Chargers today on a Top 30 visit, source said. Visits will be key, as teams will want an up-close look at his rehab.
