जमीन अधिग्रहण झाल्यानंतर रेल्वे मार्ग बदलला, आता त्या जमिनीचं काय करणार ? पुणे - नाशिक रेल्वे प्रकल्पासाठी नाशिक - सिन्नर - संगमनेर - नारायणगाव - राजगुरू नगर - मंचर - चाकण या मार्गे तयार करण्यात आलेल्या आराखड्याला मंजुरी मिळाल्यानंतर "महारेल"कडून या भागातील जमिनीच्या अधिग्रहणास सुरुवात करण्यात आली होती. यासाठी 316 कोटी रुपये खर्च करून शेतकऱ्यांकडून जवळपास 100 हेक्टर जमिनीचे अधिग्रहण करण्यात आले. जमीन अधिग्रहणाची ही प्रक्रिया सुरू असतानाच अचानक GMRT चं निमित्त पुढे करून ही रेल्वे शिर्डीमार्गे वळवण्यात आली. या अधिग्रहण झालेल्या शेतकऱ्यांच्या जमिनींबाबत सभागृहात मुद्दा उपस्थित केला : 📌 जर या रेल्वेच्या नवीन मार्गाला राज्य सरकारची काही हरकत नसेल, तर सरकार शेतकऱ्यांकडून अधिग्रहित केलेल्या जमिनीचं काय करणार ? 📌 हा प्रकल्प मध्य रेल्वेने न करता महारेलकडूनच राबवला गेला पाहिजे, ही रेल्वे नाशिक - सिन्नर - संगमनेर - नारायणगाव - राजगुरुनगर - मंचर - चाकण या सरळमार्गेच गेली पाहिजे अशी आमची ठाम भूमिका आहे. याबाबत राज्य शासन काही भूमिका घेणार आहे का ? 📌 या रेल्वे प्रकल्पाच्या मूळ आराखड्यात शिवजन्मभूमी जुन्नर सारखी महत्वाची स्थळे जगाचा नकाशावर आणण्याचा आपला मानस होता. रेल्वेचा मार्ग बदलल्यानंतर याबाबत सरकारची भूमिका काय ? 📌 नाशिक - सिन्नर - संगमनेर - नारायणगाव - राजगुरुनगर - मंचर - चाकण - पुणे या मार्गावरील लोकप्रतिनिधींना घेऊन राज्य शासन केंद्र शासनाकडे जाणार का ? याबाबत माननीय राज्यमंत्री माधुरीताई मिसाळ यांनी उत्तर देत संपादित केलेल्या जमिनीबाबत महारेल कडून प्रस्ताव आल्यानंतर राज्य शासन त्यावर विचार करेल असे आश्वासन दिले. तसेच, नाशिक - पुणे मार्गावरील सर्व लोकप्रतिनिधींची बैठक घेऊन आपली भूमिका ठरवू असेही आश्वस्त केले. #Pune #Nashik #HighSpeedRail #Sinnar #Sangamner #Narayangaon #Manchar #Rajgurunagar @RailMinIndia @mieknathshinde

During CMIA’s recent visit to Delhi we had a meeting with Mr. Amit Meena (IAS, Director, Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship) to gain a deeper understanding of the overall framework of Skill Development. One of CMIA’s key focus areas this year has been to actively advocate for and represent initiatives in Skill Development. We are delighted to note that Hon. CM Devendra Fadnavis ji has launched the “NAMO Skill Development Revolution”, which includes the establishment of 5 Mega Skill Development Centres and NAMI Industry Parks, aimed at creating lakhs of job opportunities for the youth of Maharashtra.
