I’m really pleased to be speaking at Creating Inclusive Pathways to Support All Young People on Saturday 25th April at Lilian Baylis Technology School, hosted by PGS - Educators and SEN Bytes. After nearly 20 years in school leadership, I remain convinced that inclusion is not an initiative... it is a mindset. When we get inclusion right, we create schools where every young person feels that they belong and can succeed. This collaborative learning day will bring together educators, parents, carers and practitioners to deepen our understanding of behaviour, SEND and inclusion, and to explore practical ways to support all young people to thrive.
