Hey @cathaypacific @cathaypacificUS — I can’t sign in with my email/phone/membership ID (says “sign-in ID incorrect”). Tried creating a new account, but it says my phone number is already in use. No option to sign up with email and your WhatsApp support is terrible/horrible.
