THANK GOODNESS - The judge is not allowing the audio from the FedEx van to be played by the media in TX v Tanner Horner. In the state's opening, they said Horner had covered up the camera inside the van, but audio was running as he was violently attacking 7-year-old Athena Strand for an hour. 😭

He also said he tried to break her neck, and when that didn't work, he strangled her with both his hands.
