Ich werde heute eine spekulative Pharma Aktie kaufen, bei der ich das Risiko Chance Verhältnis nach allem, was ich bisher gelesen habe, als wirklich attraktiv einschätze. Wenn die kommenden Daten positiv ausfallen, könnte sich die Aktie vervielfachen. Oder es passiert logischerweise das Gegenteil und die Aktie stürzt massiv ab... Das Risiko ist also real, aber ich sehe die Chancen deutlich größer als zum Beispiel beim Roulette. Der Kandidat ist Abivax $ABVX Wenn Abivax im Juni zeigen kann, dass Patienten durch die Tablette tatsächlich eine Heilung des Darmgewebes erfahren, die Rinvoq nicht bietet, wird die Aktie für jeden Gastroenterologen praktisch unverzichtbar. Konkret geht es um die Fibrose Daten, also um die Frage, ob sich Vernarbungen zurückbilden. Wenn Abivax nachweisen kann, dass ihr Wirkstoff Obefazimod über die Hochregulierung von miR 124 das Gewebe gewissermaßen umprogrammiert und Narben abbaut, wäre das keine Übertreibung, sondern eine medizinische Sensation. Es wäre weltweit das erste Medikament mit einem solchen Profil.

Mal wieder random Gedanken von mir: Tesla hatte 2014 angekündigt, dass der Autopilot vollautonom (wie ein Autopilot eben) das Auto fahren würde. Nachdem alle Ziele verfehlt wurden, hat man einfach behauptet, dass man den Autopiloten ja geliefert hätte und das autonome System

Most of the young founders I talk to are building B2C mobile apps. When I ask them why they tell me: 1. It’s almost always in a niche they are already familiar with (think sport, fashion, etc.) 2. They know how to use well the main distribution channels (mostly short-form video) For years the common wisdom has been that new founders should better build B2B products. But I just saw a new report on how that market is growing so maybe they’re onto something.

Reasons are: - Platform-specific problems - especially with regard to lists (CollectionView) - Terminations reduce confidence in the longevity of the product & thus the protection of investment 1/2

Just spent the last 2 hours trying to remember a forgotten code signing cert password. 2 hours later I realized the cert was expired anyway. 2 minutes after that I realized I didn't need to sign the code after all. How's your day going?
