Looking forward to D-Line Dawg Clinic #2 tomorrow 2-4 pm at Cold Spring Park in Newton with the boys. Week 1 was run heavy and the guys did a great job with hand placement and using the correct pop-peak-shed. Tomorrow we are gonna have a pass rush focus. After hammering get-offs and hip mobility, we are gonna work on some combat hands and how to execute a violent bull-rush and long arm as well as a stab series.
