@CheckmateSaves How do you put a phone number in the verification page it won’t let me add and there is no way to add my number on there app. It won’t let me verify my identity without my phone number.

@AnnKok5 Hey Ann - we don't get these pics, we use a 3rd party called Veriff. It's to prevent fraud on our platform. This is a standard verification flow to ensure users are real people and not bots. Apologies if you find their system of verification intrusive.

@CheckmateSaves Thanks for an update.I really appreciate it.I was able to check a new verification process.I’m shocked. Besides taking picture of my id, I also have to take a picture of myself. For the app which provides you an opportunity to save, I find a new verification process unacceptable

@CheckmateSaves I redeemed a 50$ giftcard and my balance turned to 0 but I didn't receive anything and never got the promised 100$ bonus after 10 referrals.
